In my opinion I think that they should not use cell phone or social media. The reason why is when you are going to call someone and you are doing a very bad job and you are not look where you are walking you might heart other or yourself. So put your phone in your bad or at home and leave it there.
Next if your boss say your name and you are on you phone, you might get fired for not listing and for not doing your work that you needed to do.
Then If you need your phone for an emergency like your wife is having a baby, ask your boss if you can go and call her if she ok.
At last when you are going to work put your phone away because if you are driving and you are texting you might crash and no one want that.
