Mrs Toukai first tongan dance

Last week on friday Mrs Toukai did a tongan dances to celebrate tongan language week. Some of the teacher from our school told us this is the first time Mrs Toukai did a tongan dance. I thought that Mrs Toukai did a tongan dance when she was teaching the students.

Tongan language week

This week is tongan language week. I learn two number in tongan and the numbers are 10 - hongofulu and 11 -  hongofulu ma taha. Did you know that some of the tongan number are the same as maori numbers. These are some of the tools that tongan use. There a fan it’s a very hot day and a bag so they can take something important. I think that tongan language week is good for tongan. So they can have fun with there family.
