Outdoor games from 1830

Yesterday there were four activity when we went to howick historical villages. This is one of the best activity in howick historical villages, outside toys. In the olden days there was on internet, cool phones, facebook, and others. It was fun there but I don’t know what the names of the games called.

I have been learning this lesson and it’s about rhombus. I don’t know most of the words but there are some that I know from other lessons. The next thing I want to do is learn more thing about using different kind of shapes.

Math T2 W8

These games are very hard to understand. These games are about volume. One of these games ask question about how high or how much cm cube can fit in one box. The next one shows question to but it show the pitcher of the box and the cube inside. The last one is the best one out of them all because you can make the high, and how long it could be and if you like it to be wide and it in 3D.

My Math Results

My maths results in e-asttle today are still the same as last term. I feel like I haven’t improved in learning, and I feel `like I went to happy but now sad. One day I will go above my results for this term and last term.

Boxes

A few days ago we were making boxes to fill 100 cubes in it and this is one that I made. When we were doing that at the same to we learned about what does volume mean in maths. 

Visualising

Walht: Think about images we “see” as we read

In my group we are learning how to read a book and think in you mind of an image about that book. Yesterday we were told to read a paragraph about there a girl that eats a pizza.  

 

My partner and I talk about the ingredients of the pizza. There was tomato sauce, cheese, mushrooms, and sausage. We need to draw the ingredients and how she smell, hear, and taste the pizza, but the important part is how she enjoys eating the pizza. The next thing I want to do is do more visualising about fish.

Reading resutle

For reading I got a 3A. I’ve acceleration in reading but it still not good. I need to push myself to get to level 4B or 4A so I’ve have improved my learning.

Week Dance Samoan Sasa

 

Last week it was Samoan language week. There was three kids in room 8 that was Samoan. Their names are Sive, Janet, and Saimua. From 3 week to week 6,  room 8 and 7 were doing dancing and singing every wednesday. Last week wednesday was fun and hard when we did the Samoan dancing.
